The RHQ Tax Rules provide a 0% income-tax incentive on eligible income for an RHQ meeting the qualification criteria.
Specified dividends, related-person payments and necessary services to unrelated persons can qualify, subject to the rules and exclusions.

The RHQ Tax Rules state that the RHQ remains subject to Saudi tax and Zakat laws except where the Royal Decree expressly provides otherwise. The module therefore treats RHQ incentives as targeted exceptions, not a replacement for the ordinary tax framework.
Legal orientation benchmark only, not an effective-tax-rate comparison. Ownership rules, exemptions, free-zone or special regimes, zakat, petroleum/hydrocarbon rules and Pillar Two can materially change the result.
